Note: If your bid is successful, (1) a Contract for Purchase and Sale will be agreed upon between you and the seller, and (2) you will receive clear title to the home upon closing.
To place bid, select property and fill out form completely. Please provide all of the phone numbers where we may reach you for the 72 hours following the auction. Bids will be accepted anytime up to 15 minutes prior to the end of auction.
